“Was not happy with the level of service I received. Contracted out to another company who spent less than 10 minutes of actual remediation work and charged 195.00. Filled three holes with expanding spray foam and threw bait under stove.”

“worst customer service. They are owned by a company called Philly Pest Control. They scheduled an appointment with me for a Saturday between 10-12 and they asked for my phone number. I had previously given them both my phone number and my address. They never showed up and when I called to reschedule I asked why they never showed up. Instead of apologizing, they claimed I didn't have an appointment confirmed because I had not provided my phone number. When I pointed out that I had in fact given them my phone number, they did not apologize for wasting over two hours of my time and instead claimed that nothing had been confirmed because "I hadn't provided my phone number." Ridiculous. Don't waste your time, find a company that is actually local and worried about losing customers.”
