“I have something living in my walls and called about getting service. I paid $200 for a "wildlife inspection" that just consisted of taking a quick look in the attic, a look at my garage doors and a walk around my house. She of course then told me we don't know what is in your walls, but we can set up rodent service for 80 per month. From all the positive reviews here, they are probably great if you already know what pest you are dealing with, but I DO NOT recommend if you are actually trying to investigate and find what's living in your house.”

“T-Rex came same day to check out our problem! He set my mind as ease with his knowledge, looked in all the nooks and crannies for “signs” but thank goodness didn’t find anything. He put out traps, showed me where and what to look for and assured me he’d come back if we found anything. “Called to request more information about a bat bug issue at my house talked with Brianna and received a very quick follow up from Brittany with more information. They were able to schedule an application a few days after the original call and Jesse, the field tech, arrived right on time and completed the application in good timing and was very pleasant to work with. Pros - quick and clear communication, scheduled an application faster than I had hoped for, and has given my family confidence out house will be pest free very soon.
