“Master's Touch was the best. Their services are good. BUT ever since they were purchased by Viking Pest Control scheduling is just not right. They schedule appointments NEVER EVEN TELLING us that that they are scheduled until a text is sent the day before. Not even 24 hours notice. Then when you call the response - 'oh we can just do the outside'. That is what we had last service and that's not what I'm paying fo on an annual service plan. So when I called, I'm told that they'll be here between 8-5. C'mon. Give me at least am or pm. So I push for that and am told 8-11, and I'll receive a text 30 min prior. It's 10:50 am. No text, no visit. Note that I already pointed out the last two surprise visits that I want to be contacted for scheduling. Looks like I'll be cancelling their services because this isn't working for us.”

“Complete Scam. Masters touch was a great company but since being acquired by Viking is a complete waste of money. The rep came out 4 hours before the scheduled time which I was not home for. Then when rescheduling was told they would call back to lock in a time. It’s been 2 weeks of trying to reschedule and radio silence. I went with a different pest control and they were actually helpful. Will never use this company again and do not recommend. Now I have the headache of disputing monthly charges for services I am not getting since they are telling me I am locked into a 12 month contract, yet they can’t seem to get it together and actually do their job.”

“This company is a disgrace. They hire the dumbest people on the planet. Everytime they come out even after we complain they still leave bee’s nests behind. I just had them come out twice in 2 days, to get 5 bee’s nest. The first time they only got 2. The second time they only got 1. They had 2 chances to get 5 nests and we told them right where they were, and they only got 3. This company is the biggest fraud and waste of money I’ve ever used. This doesn’t even count the fact they we have constant bugs in our house. I have no idea how they have any good reviews must’ve been their family members writing them. I wouldn’t use this company again if they offered me a year of free service”
