“Do not use this company unless you have cameras on your property. Started the service around 5/3/25. Cancelled 5/29/25. Out of 3 service technicians only 1 did his job. The other never tested my soil NOR sprayed my back yard. Was insinuated that I was lying when I called customer service. I provided a video. At the 3rd customer representative, they suddenly claimed he called in saying they needed to go back to do the back yard. Upon cancelling they claimed to have a video of him in my yard.....my FRONT yard, not back. The video I sent them proving he never tested my siil. They did not furnish the non existent picture. They cannot be trusted to do their job. Look elsewhere for service. If you do make this bad decision, be sure to watch your video to make sure they do what they charge you for.”
