“Bad service all around. Multiple calls to office staff to hear the same song and dance with no change with issues. Told Nate would come out never happen. Was told we never called when we did along with emails .The workers doing the treatments don’t know what weeds look like and need you to call in for a service call after every treatment .. and these were just a few .. 2.5 years of service and this is what I have”

“This is a follow up to my previous not so perfect review. After speaking with Keith, he was very accommodating and came out to look at our lawn and came up with a plan to fix it. It is a work in progress but he is super willing to get it looking like new. I appreciate all of his help. It is obvious that Lang's does care about its customers.”

“If I could give less than 1 star I would. My lawn is dead. I am told that it's from the weather but no one around me is suffering from the same problem as we are, and they do not get their lawns treated....that's funny. The dead spots are exactly where our lawn is treated by Lang's and our back yard, that is not treated, is absolutely fine. Also, there are weeds where there shouldn't be since it is treated every month to avoid this from happening. No one will get back to me and when I emailed to inquire about getting some answers, I received a response telling me I could pay them $260 to get my lawn aerated. WHAT??? No call back or anything. I have canceled my lawncare and will never use Lang's again.”
