“Good luck getting anybody to answer the phone if you're not a new customer. They cancelled our appointment weeks ago, said they would call to reschedule, never did. After leaving a voicemail (the only way to communicate with these people), they finally called back a week later to tell me they'd be here the next day. They never came. Currently left voicemail #2 hoping maybe somebody calls me back, completely unacceptable. EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER: No such voicemail was left about rescheduling our appointment, *I* have been the one leaving voicemails. Your service technician called on May 24th to cancel due to a pet emergency and said they'd call to reschedule the following week and never did. I've since left a voicemail on 6/13 with no call back. On 6/20 I received an automated email with a service date of 6/21—no call, no show. You finally called back 6/22 offering an appointment the following day, no call no show. I left a voicemail today, 6/28, and have since received a response to my review with false information, but no call back scheduling our appointment. Our friend nearby who also uses your service has had the same experience.”

“While we truly like our technician, we are not too pleased with the company. They schedule our quarterly appointments with consulting a date and time. Then we get an email the day before the appointment notifying us. We have missed appointments or been unprepared for our technician. They need to make changes to their scheduling procedure because they are on the verge of losing us as their customers. Our technician shouldn't be put in the position of making surprise visits and apologizing for something that isn't his fault.”

“Company needs to hire new drivers. Lucky for them, I was in a rental so I cannot post dashcam photos of the guy who was driving a large Resolution Pest van who A. Doesn't know how to merge and just cuts people off, and B. Tailgates them like that's going to make the traffic move faster. Again I wish I was in my car as I have front and rear cameras but I would say this person is lucky.”
