“Stop outsourcing billing to other countries. Can’t seem to send correct contract. I’m so over this company, but my spouse is working with someone in the field that’s trying to make it right. Charged 2 weeks ago for quarterly bill, then billed today for same service. I will never, ever have another service like this in the future. It’s all about profits and screw the customer. Horrible. Once I see a reverse charge on my account I will update this post. I’m confident that I will have to stop auto payment to get a damn response. Greenix bought out previous company that was professional and transparent. Not Greenix. Increased quarterly bill without notice, without contract. Billing department apology, said they will fix but nothing. Follow up in 10 days when credit is supposed to happen.”

“This is a horrible company! They are very unprofessional and trapped customers with hidden subscriptions. When you try to cancel their ineffective service, customers service forces you to pay an absurd fee. Their technicians do not make appointments in advance and their customers service will blame you for rescheduling when they shows up unannounced. I had to install my own traps from Amazon due to theirs being ineffective.”
