They gave us misinformation from the very beginning, first person that responded to my request for service all he wanted to do was to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Second person to call me was professional, explained the price structure and scheduled the initial $100 service with $30 a month follow-up. Day of the appointment the technician called to say he would be a little later as he had been double booked. I called him after he didn't show up, and he gave me a much later time, but he did show up as promised. He had no idea why he was here, did not have anything to treat rodents. I had thought the reason for $100 initial service is that it would be complete and in depth. Technician was very nice but gave us no confidence that he know what he was doing. Save your time”
