“As a Realtor, we value our clients, their time and our relationships with our vendors. We hired Ranfer Pest Control for termite inspection of a home under contract. The first issue we had is they never scheduled the inspection with the selling agent, homeowners, myself or with the Supra system and scareded the homeowner by being in her home unannounced. Secondly, they do the inspection for termites as requested, send to the buyers for payment and that's it, no further communications. We call and text to speak to the inspector Brandon(no answer), finally early Friday we get a response that he will call us by end of day. Nothing not a call or text until Monday and I finally call and text that we are still awaiting a return call. Only be told by Brandon that they only do inspections and can't treat for termites. Why then was this not disclosed upfront, why take a payment knowing you can't complete the service I'd treatment is required.”
