“Before they became bug out they ripped me off for $800.00 for a fake termite infestation. Plus $200 visits to fill my termite traps. I called Cleardefense they came and searched my entire house inside and out and didn't find a single issue of termite damage. When they became bug out they still tried to get $200 for termite trap refill. Different name same dishonest service. You need a really good exterminator? Call Cleardefense. They won't try to up sell you or make up fake issues.”

“McNeely was a wonderful pest control company; however, Bug Out has been a nightmare to work with. It is impossible to get them on the phone and once you do they transfer you around. I tried to cancel our service and spent more than 20 minutes on the phone and was told it was canceled, then a technician was sent to our house to service about 2 weeks later, though we had already started with a new pest control company. I called to dispute the charge, since I had previously canceled all services and was transferred around for more than 20 minutes again, I was finally told someone would call me back. They never did. Now I have been getting overdue emails, which I have replied to with the above explanation, and told I would be contacted. I still have not received any communication other than past due notices. This has been going on since July 2023. I would never recommend dealing with this company.”
