“I called the # from the google search to get pricing and it takes you to customer svc for current customers so then they have to transfer you. Then it asks you to press 2 for new customers requesting pricing but the guy who answered the phone asked me if I was a current customer. Omg how frustrating. Plus they were literally 3x HIGHER than what I paid for 1 visit from the pest control company I used last year and had no problems!! Their “reoccurring” pricing for 4 quarterly was still double. I don’t know how they get business if people are smart and call more than 1 place. The only reason I gave them 2 stars because the guy who answered the phone was nice & remained professional during my expressed frustration. I feel bad for him that his company’s phone system is terrible.”
