“At first, we were really happy with the service. We had issues with bugs as well as mice in our garage. Our first treatment, we were told there wasn't much they could do with the mice so we tried to tackle that ourselves. After a while, we had issues with ants coming into the kitchen and a few areas in the bedrooms. We called to have them come back out between visits (as we thought this was included if we had issues). Come to find out, we had to pay extra for the ant treatment. Apparently, that is a different type of treatment. (I thought a "bug" was a "bug"). This also required 2 treatments, per the worker and we had to pay FULL price (what we pay quarterly) for EACH treatment. Very disappointing. And unfortunately, we still had issues with the ants. Needless to say, we contacted a different company and they came out and treated as well as treated for the mice and we haven't seen another one yet. And we have been told they will come out for ANY issues (ants included) at no extra charge. Just make sure you read the fine print......”
