“I Called them to come out for a quote, I took off work and I was waiting and waiting for them to come out and I called them and the guy said I was never even put on the schedule after I already talked to a guy previously about them coming out and then guy said I’ll put you on the schedule, so I waited and waited, and nobody still didn’t come out. I called back and they said I wasn’t on the schedule again, at this point I couldn’t wait anymore my child had a doctors appointment I had to go to and I called back and told them to forget about it. Fast forward 2 weeks later I'm at work and they show up on my property without permission and puts random traps in places that didn’t make sense. I called them asking why they did that. I did not give them permission to come on to my property and the guy started yelling at me on the phone and said well it’s already done and we want to come back out and do work inside the house, I told him I was going out of town and I was not interested in working with them and if I need anything in the future I’ll call. 2 months later they call me asking for $500 for a service I did not give them permission to do nor would I have because I work on Wednesday I wouldn’t of been home anyways and as expressed before I went with somebody else and turns out it was cats not mice. These people are scammers!!!”
