“Constantly getting skipped over. Since we started our service, we have been skipped every other month and sometimes two months in a row. Then they cancelled our service because their guy wasn’t coming out! I called and complained in November 2024 and the supervisor said they closed the service. He started it back up and said he’d fix the issue. Our service tech came out November 22nd, 2024 and haven’t heard from him since. Guess I’ll be calling again on Monday. Definitely considering changing companies. This is past old and has been so inconsistent for the past year we’ve had them. I think they have came out 5-6 times total in the past year and it’s a monthly service. Not worth it honestly.”
