We even let them know a tech was not giving their best service, not treating what they should and it was addressed immediately. “Edited June 29, 2024. Well, it seems the family was having health issues. All good now. Returned my call, apologized, and Sam came out to spray and put me on his monthly route. Sam is a very nice guy, very knowledgable about pests, spider species, moisture percentages, wood rot, moisture barriers, termites, scorpions, and I could go on. He even looked at my crawl space vents. I'm changing my review from one star to six stars. Sam, you're The Man. (Prior review)Never answered the phone. Never returned my calls.
