“Service technician arrived as scheduled. He rang the door to let me know he was on the property ready to spray application. He advised us to keep our dog inside for at least 30 minutes after yard treatment. These seemingly small details are what makes a company stand out to me. Also, the company sends email reminders before they arrive which is always nice for me to know!”

“Avery was great. However.... I received a text that advised our house would be serviced on July 2nd. The 2nd came and went and no MosquitoNix so I filled the tank myself. At 9 am on the 15th, our doorbell rang. Guess who? MosquitoNix. This was even though I have advised since day one that I insisted on a minimum of 24 hours notice. I insist on this because our tank is inside and we have to be home for it to be serviced. So, my rating might get back to 5 stars, but only time will tell.”

“The system works beautifully. So why a 1 star review? Sadly, the system itself works. Unfortunately, the routine service has failed us AGAIN. Our tank has run empty multiple times. And we can’t seem to get this corrected. And now here we are on a holiday weekend and won’t be able to get service for days. This is NOT what we signed up for. And even when they come back from the holiday weekend, knowing we’ve had sub-par service, they won’t send a technician out for a couple of days. It’s completely unacceptable. ORIGINAL REVIEW: When we first installed the Mosquito Nix system we were very pleased. The system works and the customer service was excellent. Something has changed and the customer service has drastically declined. The routine service appointments are no longer routine. We hope you can make improvements.”
