“When I called to complain that the mosquitoes were not being controlled. They came out 4 days later. It turns out that despite have the service plan, they found the tank empty. They refilled the tank and it solved the problem. I was disappointed that it was not maintained in an operational condition.”

“For years we have had no problems whatsoever with mosquitos, but for some reason this year I’ve had to call for multiple reapplications and even then, we still have had some issues. However, they are always responsive and would come with no questions asked! Not sure if the formula changed or just different weather this year that caused the issues, but still a happy customer!”
