The technician, Mark, was very friendly, communicated well on several levels, did exactly what was asked, and was very thorough with his work. I’m pretty picky about who I allow to spray around my home for bugs, and based on this experience I would definitely be comfortable working with him again in the future”

“This business is lack of the integrity. Do NOT trust their salesman and their employees. We were being told (the sales) we can cancel the agreement anytime but he left out there’s an early cancellation fee $250. The service was just ok, they do come and spray but they always have to re-treat. Besides “yearly” contract you can’t back out of… they charge you 13 months, not 12 months because the first month “the initial” service does not consider as part of the 12 months service. I suggest you to go with other providers!”
