“WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Untrustworty. Wasted way too much time on the phone with this company. Pest control is repeatly not done. Had to call and request that a tech come in ot the house. Watch the tech come out and leave with out Knocking I reached out after he left was told he knocked (which he hadn't I was home) he also sent an invoice that said all traps had been checked and accouted for even though he had left one in plaine sight laying next to my driveway. How do you trust a company whose techs lie about job completions. He drove right by the trap that was moved by an by an animal to the side of my driveway. ( see attached photos) He even parked next to it! I got an invoice after the tech left stated that all trappes were checked and accouted for. Which was false since I was staring at one clearly not where it was suppose to be. They even charge my account (even though the job was not completed) The traps are numberd and bar coded so he knew that the trap was missing. How can you trust that he even did any of what was on the invoice or what I am paying for? The only redeeming quality was an employee named Amanda not sure of her title but she was very professional and tried to help at every turn, if all of thier employees were like her their company would be very successful. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from a company as decitful as this one.”

“Came out several times and were unable to solve our bedbug issue. Finally told us that out warranty was up!! Had to contact another service, who solved the problem in two visits. Rude office staff didn't help the situation. If you need their service, go elsewhere”

“I have had Moyers for years now. Still seeing mice. I am. At my wits end. For about 4 months I saw nothing. There were no evidence in the baits and now here we go again. I can't find where they are coming in at. The staff is very nice but I still have the problem. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know”
