“We have been customers since 1986. We will be rethinking our options. Internal customer service is increasingly non-existent. Forget asking for a specific problem, supposedly handled under contract. Just pay the bill. Nevermind asking for a manager, or Owner. Very, very disappointing.”

“We have used Moyer several times, both at our home and at a rental property. Just recently I called to schedule an appointment for a pest situation and spoke with Jeff. He used a photo I sent to determine what was causing the problem. He gave me helpful expert advice and information. Turns out we did not need services at this time which was a large savings.
