“I had a yellow jacket infestation around my roofline. The technician had to remove my gutters and a wooden board to access the nest, so it was kind of a complicated job. He got the nest out, reattached everything, and caulked the roof so no more bees/wasps can make a nest there. He was very quick and efficient! He even swept up after he was done. Price was fairly reasonable when you factor in that the nest was difficult to access. I’m glad the yellow jackets are gone and I can enjoy my balcony again!”

“Spoke too soon… While I remain grateful that they helped out last week, the problem was not solved. On Sunday morning, I called first thing to ask for help with wasps that remained in my home and had apparently invited friends. I was told that they would call the contractor and call me back… When I called them back 2 1/2 wasp-filled hours later, they had no updates. They said they would call me back…it’s now 32 hours later and I’ve heard nothing. This job was under warranty and I had to call someone else and pay someone else so that I could just have a moments peace in my home. Won’t use Nest ever again. Lifesavers! I called in a panic because a nest of wasps was coming into my house through the vents and I didn’t know what to do. The team was incredibly professional and understanding, and had someone over to my home and no time at all. Everyone I spoke with, took the time to explain things to me, ask if I had any questions, and showed genuine concern. I am beyond grateful and will recommend this company at any opportunity.”
