“This company might as well have been a fraud and scam at least for where I live. The first year (our contract duration) everything was going well. After that? Down hill spiral. They suddenly stopped notifying use the services had been done. I forgot we even had them until my fiance told me they took money. So we called and asked them to cancel. They wouldn't let us because of an upcoming service, so we asked them to leave SOMETHING telling us the service had been done, yet they didn't. To add to that, you couldn't even tell they HAD BEEN THERE! We STILL had active ant mounts all over the yard. This proceeded to go on for the next 3 or 4 months, so we stopped paying them. Now we have an outstanding balance that I have to pay before it's sent to collections and they refuse to even help out or cut a break on. They don't listen and refuse to work with you. The service isnt worth your money. I would leave 0 stars if Google would let me. About 2 years of loyalty and nothing but debt to show for it.”
