“Title: Terrible Experience - Dishonest Practices & Poor Service I regret to say that my experience with NOMO Pest Control has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I initially called on November 7th to cancel my service, and this was confirmed in a transcribed call that was supposed to document my cancellation request. However, I was told that I would need to complete one more treatment, which I did on November 22nd. Despite this, I never received any cancellation confirmation from them. When I followed up on February 4th, I was told I had never called to cancel on the 22nd. They claimed I needed to call again, which was a new "rule" I had no prior knowledge of. I was then read the transcribed message from November 7th, where I had indeed requested the cancellation, but the representative on the phone kept pushing back and making excuses. On top of this, I had multiple issues with their service. Over the last three visits, I was told the sprayers weren't working correctly, and the problem remained unresolved. In addition, I was shocked to find out that my contract didn’t cover the inside of my home, something that had never been explained to me. When we had a mouse problem, I asked for mouse traps, and they sent three sticky traps, which seemed completely inadequate for the situation. When I raised my concerns, the representative claimed there were state regulations limiting the number of traps they could provide, which turned out to be inaccurate. To make matters worse, after I requested cancellation again on February 4th, they charged my card without my permission, effectively punishing me for trying to cancel their service. I strongly advise against using NOMO Pest Control. Their communication is poor, their service unreliable, and they seem to have no regard for customer satisfaction or honesty. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.”

“The sales people from this company were really dishonest and misleading. They pretend to service our neighbors yard so they could offer us a “special” one time service at a discount since they were already out there. What they didn’t say was that it was a special discount on the first service with an entire year subscription of their pest control service. When I tried to cancel they tried to charge me a ridiculously high cancellation fee of $200. We ended up keeping the service for an entire year to avoid the fee, and they only come out once every three months even though it’s a $55 monthly fee. I didn’t see a ton of difference from this year versus last year as far as bugs go either. Overall- the pest control service is average at best with premium and almost predatory prices.”

“My wife works in the basement and there is a window that she can see out of, but it is very difficult to see in due to lighting, and if it gets dirty. She watched the technician come by spraying and make a very half hearted spray across the window. She went out and asked him to spray in them better and he told her that he sprayed in them very good and she told him that she seen him and did not. He did redo the windows, but if this was as important as explained to me that I needed to do in the winter then I want it done as such and not have to confront the technician, argue with them and then have them redo it just do it right the first time”
