“Bob and his team were fantastic to work with. They were very quick to respond to all emails and calls and we never had to wait long for an appointment. Flying squirrels had made a home in our attic and the team spotted 3 possible entrances on the exterior of our house. They quickly installed one way doors for the squirrels to exit and not be able to get back in. The work came with a one year warranty. One year later our flying squirrels returned. Although our warranty was expired by a few weeks, Bob still honored our warranty! The team is coming back this week to work on the new entry ways the squirrels have found. I would highly recommend North Shore Wildlife.”

“Doesn't follow contract. Came out promptly and professionally the FIRST TIME and handled the removal of bats and mice. Did a thorough job of finding and sealing entry points. The contract I had with them had them coming back every week for a month. After a month of them not showing up and multiple calls. They came the second time. After almost another month I still haven't heard from them nor have they been back. They didn't clean up the guano or disinfect the room like they were paid for. Additionally they over charged me the contracted price. Find another company.”
