“I have used Nuway at other (multifamily) properties in the past with no issues until recently. It seems their policies may be different from property to property, we do not receive responses in a timely manner, when we do receive a response it has nothing to do with the matter at hand, we have had to reschedule services several times, and more. These are several units being serviced at a time, so I'm not sure if there is a difference for private services, but I would not recommend for multifamily communities.”

“Although the gentlemen that come out are very nice and do an excellent job, I cannot say the same for the older man who called us for our service. It is true we had to reschedule our service a few times but we also have had 2 new born babies and older adult medical issues occur. The man we spoke to threatened to take us off the books and then said if we ever wanted to get back on the books he would charge us more. He was so rude and insensitive he made my mother cry. This is not how you keep customers and surely not the way to treat people. Extremely disappointing.”
