But when I called to set up service for my family's home Setting up the appointment went very well and worked out excellent. My Parents are very happy. Dave was our Technician that was sent out, He answered all of our questions and eases our concerns. As my family has pets. I waited a while to make a review as I wanted to make sure there was no bugs or new ones of course like some people had mentioned in reviews in the Bakersfield area as we are located in tulare county, but There was no bugs. No new ones. All my wolf spiders and ants all hide for the hills. I am very pleased and most Definitely will continue service with o conner especially would like to continue with Dave J. “I have been with this company since the first owner in 2011 he was really good at his job. From back then to now this company really sucks their technicians do not know how to spray. They need more training on what they are hired to do. The guy that comes and sprays my house wants to schedule my appointments around his schedule. I have called to complain but even the supervisor sucks in this situation. I never get a call back I have called multiple times and until now still waiting on a call from a manager or supervisor. I don’t recommend this company at all.”
