We recently hired them to come to our home and help us remove a family of raccoons from our attic, and we were thoroughly impressed with their work. First of all, their customer service was over the top. From the first phone call, we were met with the utmost professionalism and kindness. The team even came out to do an inspection before giving us a fully-customized quote. We felt informed and in control throughout the entire process, which was a huge relief. The team that showed up to our home was also top notch. They were on time, organized, and respectful. Once they arrived, they immediately got to work. By nightfall, the problem was solved and all of the raccoons had been successfully removed. We were amazed at the speed and accuracy of their work. Finally, the price was fair and reasonable. Given the complexity of our situation, we expected to pay more. We were thrilled that the quote was as low as it was. “Long story short, a strange banging sound was coming from the attic, and we discovered that it was a group of boisterous raccoons camping out there. As a result, we contacted this company and left a message, and we received a call back within five minutes. After a brief discussion with the nice lady on the phone, she promised to send over a technician. The fellow that came was really incredible. He quickly found the entrance and installed a one-way door. It took about 3 days for all the raccoons to successfully exit the attic, after which he sealed off the hole. Also, the pricing is reasonable. Great company!”
