“SUPER shady. Refused to give me a direct quote for what they charge per square foot for fumigation. I was passed to two different people each giving me different answers. One, the inspector himself, saying he doesn't know, then the receptionist said she did know and that there was a set rate, then rescinded that response when I asked why the inspector didn't know the rate and said I needed to ask a third person what the rate was. She refused to answer what the set rate was that she had just mentioned. It is clear that they are changing people different rates, if no one is willing to answer what their supposed set rate is per square foot to fumigate. I wouldn't trust that they are even doing the work they claim to if this is how they are operating and how they treat potential customers.”

“I called Omega Exterminators because of a mouse problem. William came and inspected inside and outside the house and showed me the various points of entry a rodent could use. He then set up traps in the primary point of entry level of the house. The very next day I inspected the traps and there was a mouse. No other traps were activated. Haven't seen any more mice. And all the entry points I was able to take care of myself. Very satisfied with my experience with Omega.”
