“Sad and infuriating experience. I was a customer of PDQ for years and bragged to others about their service. Then approached the guy about to spray my yard and simply asked him questions and questions that were for his own good (ie we have an aggressive dog so was making sure if we were next he'd let me know.). The unprofessionalism is unacceptable, talked to me like I was a child rolled his eyes, threw the bill at me and went on his way... never did by the way tell me... i should have let his ass get bit.... I'll never use them again; I'd rather be infested! Terrible business when you can't simply treat others like humans....”

I called the company to complain and asked them to come and finish the job. Because of this I received a letter from PDQ this year telling me that they were dropping me as a customer because I complained last year.
