“I have never written a bad review in my life until now, we've had the worst experience with this company. We had a technician from Corky's Pest come out because there was a dead animal smell in the bedroom and we thought there might be a dead animal underneath the house. I spoke to a customer service associate from the day prior and she told me there would be a $250 charge for the carcass removal service. She said she needed a debit card on file before the technician would come out the next day. I gave her my debit card information, assuming my card would be charged after the service of removing the carcass was successfully performed. Once the technician came out the next day he went underneath the house and didn't see a dead animal where we suspected one to be. The technician left, no service was rendered. When I checked my bank account later that day I found a $250 charge on my card for the carcass removal even though there was no carcass removed and no service was performed. The technicians notes clearly stated there was no animal found. The receipt was issued with a $150 charge for the dead animal removal, there was no dead animal removed, and a $100 specialty charge, which I do not know what this is for since the company didn't inform us. We have spoken to customer care multiple times with no solution.They informed us they have put in a request with a billing department for review several times, again with no solution. Do not use this company!”
