“This company Showed up on a holiday to do a termite inspection. Did not schedule. I told him no. Very unprofessional. Unorganized! The Summerville branch manager was very disrespectful. I do not recommend using this company. This has been a continuous issue with this company. They do a very poor job when they are supposed to clean around the lights for Spiderwebs. I had to have the right manager come out twice because of the employee did not do his job. What company would open up a gate and let the dogs out so they can spray the yard? Palmetto exterminators did this today! I’m at work and my neighbors put the dogs back in the yard. Now my dogs are walking around in the wet chemicals! Every time they spray the yard I have ant mounds all along the outside of my property. The employees too lazy to cover the entire yard. I do not recommend this company there are better ones out there.”
