“Still a little disturbed by the interaction we had with Keith yesterday. We recently bought a house and transferred the termite bond and paid the yearly fee. He showed up unannounced(which I later called and asked to be notified next time). We have a reactive dog, he knocked, rang the doorbell and knocked twice even louder before I could even put the dog up(who was going ballistic). When I answered the door Keith was defensive and rude, asking me what the problem was several times. I froze after telling him it wasn't necessary for him to bang on the door after I motioned through the window to give me a minute. Hopefully my next interaction will go more smoothly. I did call and customer service was kind and assured she would talk to his manager. Seriously unkind and uncool of you Keith.”
