“We had scratching/chewing noises in a wall at our lake house and found evidence of an animal in our basement pantry. Put out traps and tried to locate but nothing worked. Placed a call to Paupack Wildlife and Pest Control to bring in an expert. Leanne was amazing. Got right to work investigating the areas of concern. A few minutes later, she emerged from the basement, casually carrying a squirrel (that had died unfortunately). What a relief! Had we not called, it would have begun decomposing, crating a health hazard for our family. She then proceeded to THOROUGHLY inspect the entire house; even the roof… and gave her findings of possible entry points. Needless to say we were highly impressed by her expertise, professionalism and most important, results! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!”

“I have an immediate problem with skunks under my house! First off, website says open 24 hours which is incorrect. I got my first phone call almost after 48 hrs. when the phone tag started. In the middle of the phone tag, another company called who I thought was this company! $50 per trap and $75 to take away the animal, immediately. Well, I get another phone call and it's the seemingly soft-spoken woman again. She started rattling on that it's $350 to trap and then can pencil me in on June 5th almost three weeks from now. Three weeks from now...I can't even stay in the house due to the smell and don't want then clawing into the house. But that wasn't the major issue nor the overpriced estimate. Here is the kicker...Next, I realized it wasn't the same company and was honest. I apologized said I thought the guy I spoke to worked for them, who called back after my second message to this company, and the witch just hung up on me! lol Wow, that's not a way to earn a potential customer in the future. I'm not going to waste my breath with heathens, but you don't think I'm not going to advertise your company's very unprofessional, immature behavior to other potential customers...really lady?...when reviews are everything nowadays? So...in my very professional, ADULT opinion, don't hire this company. To me, manners, a quick response, and fair pricing are everything. Please go to Pocono Pest Division in Hawley and speak to Kevin. Thank you.”
