“I heard a loud scratching and thumping from the attic above me while cooking dinner on a Sunday night. I figured it had to be a Racoon or like size animal. Too noise to be mice or squirrels. I looked on the internet, found and called Pest and Wildlife that night hoping to leave a message asking to get on their schedule that week. I was surprised, Joe Bolton answered my call in person. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He immediately said he would be out the next day to assess the situation. He came the next day as he said, looked in rhe attic and sure enough it was a Racoon. We discussed plan of action. He sent estimate that, Monday, night. They came back Wed. Installed a trap door at the opening and sealed up any other potential areas that could be breached. The Racoon left, and Joe came back a few days later, removed the trap door and sealed up the opening. I am very pleased with having my call answered personally and the service being promptly expedited. A+ Company. Great work, thoroughly explained and all questions answered.
