I didn't need to be home when he came to service us because I trusted him to do the service fully regardless of my prescence. “Steven did a great job today. Very thorough talked to me about what he was doing and made sure to hit everything to keep the creepy crawlies out. Thanks for doing a great job. We'll see you next service. After this service they sent a different tech to come out and needless to to say the job was far from satisfactory, missed alot of places was in and out not very thorough at all. Called and found out Pioneer pest control bought out / took over Perx. Today on December 4th they sent out technician Travis Zeigler and he was very apologetic for previous tech. Was going to change companies but he did a really great job and I am very pleased with his customer service and professionalism. Did a great job of hitting everything and going above and beyond. I will be requesting that he be the one to take over completing all our quarterly services. Thank you Travis and we will be seeing you soon.”

“I've used Perx Pest as my home pest control service for over two years, and they have always done a great job. Every member of their staff that has come by to spray and inspect our house has been courteous and professional. My technician today was Cody W., and he did an excellent job handling his duties even though I wasn't home in time to bring the dog in the house. He took the time to secure our dog in his kennel before proceeding to do his work. He then made sure to secure the gates to our backyard and leave a note at our door. I appreciate that he was able to get everything done without interrupting my work day at all (though I wouldn't have minded if he did need to call me, of course). Highly recommended!”
