I always receive communication when the next service will be, window of arrival, and any special concerns or problems. The technicians always let me know when they arrive, (and they are always on time) what they will be doing, ask if any special concerns, go over notes on my account, and then go to work. Always professional, friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and thorough. They do a great job, never rush, and always let me know when they are done. They always turn over outside dog dishes before spraying and make sure to spray inside of my propane tank. And close all the gates when done. Who does all that? Every single time? Vertex does!!! My most recent tech, Justin, provided a first rate service. Thank you Justin. You are a credit and a role model for the company. And did I mention the results are great? I like that I can request a specific service, (that is not included in regular service) like the time I discovered a huge wasp nest in a tree, and Vertex quickly sent a tech out to remedy the problem.
