“If you sign up for an email bill, beware. We supposedly got an email bill, yet we never saw it. We forgot about the bill (our fault). Fast forward to almost 2 years later and we get a paper bill with a $225 charge for a $45 service! Every 3 months they had charged a $15 late fee. Upon calling they said, "well a lot of time it goes to your spam folder." Newsflash, no one checks their spam. I offered to pay the original bill plus one late fee; they declined. Why would you send a paper bill almost 2 years later and not after the first bill was missed? This really seems like they just wanted to keep collecting the late fee as long as possible. Management or ownership seems corrupt. You wouId think that if a customer didn't pay an email bill maybe there would be some grace and a paper bill would be sent but apparently ownership/management doesn't understand that twrm. ihave advised other friends/family and they will no longer be using pest control services.”
