“I used Star last year and had absolutely no problems with bugs. This year, they came out and sprayed (after having to reschedule because they didn't show up when they were supposed to, and then they came to spray for bugs, but; didn't spray for weeds and fertilize like I had told them on the phone) - the bugs disappeared for a day or two, and now they are back worse than ever. And IN the house. I have never had issues with bugs inside the house. I've tried calling them for a week straight, they never answer - very disappointed. Looking for a new reliable company to use...”

“I've been a loyal Star Pest Control customer for several years and have generally been pretty happy with their service. But a couple of times lately I've had a little trouble with appointment times. When I've cleared my schedule, torn my house apart, and sat waiting the 3-4 hour block we'd scheduled for someone to come spray, being told they're still "across town" when the appointment time is past and they've had hours to get here can be problematic. I realize I'm not their only customer and that this isn't unusual with companies that provide such services. But when I have other appointments and kids to pick up today, being left hanging throws a big wrench into my schedule. So a little better time management on the techs' part would really be appreciated. Aside from that, they do a good job and I often recommend them to family and friends.”
