“If i could give it negative stars I would. Stay as far away as you can from this business. The salesperson who comes to your house for the walkthrough promises the world on what services would be provided but after paying a significant amount of money for a specific trapping service and daily text messages that traps weren’t being put in places that the salesperson said they would we were directed to the account manager who finally said that it’s actually up to the discretion of the technician on site. When asked for a refund for the yearly service they told us service has already started and it was non-refundable, and when asked if the services listed on the proposal as well as specific services that were discussed during the walkthrough were done the account manager couldn’t even answer that. Overall a rude experience and now we’ve been shorted over 1300 dollars for a service we couldve done ourselves. Extremely disappointed and will never use them again.”

“Called for mice never solved the problem went on Amazon purchased mice poison and traps that the poison goes into mice were gone in two to three weeks same for bees I had I recommend anyone with pest problems to first try to handle it yourself (much better results!) before you signing a contract with a company that will force you to pay a yearly contract or send it to a collection agency if not even tho their services did not work and keep telling they’ll come back out even tho you solved the issue yourself… I spent under $80 to get rid of bees mice and ants I suggest you do the same.”
