A very respectful, kind man showed up (Mike is his name), listened to my battle weary, tearful story and went to work. He explained the process thoroughly, told me what to expect and was enormously respectful of my home. I really appreciated that the treatment only required me to keep the area clear for an hour and it wasn't harmful to my family or pet. As initially stated, they followed up two weeks later and treated the area again. The post treatment process unfolded exactly as he told me it would. All gone, the battle has been won. And just to note something in particular I like about Waverly is they didn't strong arm me I to signing a recurring service contract.
