“I couldn’t be more happy with these guys! We used to use one of the big companies for our regular pest maintenance but began to develop an ongoing bug problem that wasn’t going away after several visits so we decided to try some other exterminators. We had a no show from one company and then another company tried to rip us off .... then we found Waverly. The whole experience has been a breath of fresh air. First off, the receptionist is lovely and attentive on the phone. They kept their initial appointment and gave a thorough assessment with a more than fair quote. We have gotten to know the owner Mike, and he is very professional and courteous and really knows his stuff. They have great customer service with the kind of personal touch that you can’t find with the big national companies. I highly recommend Waverly Pest Control. They got our problem under control quickly and we have been using them now for the past year. Since we have been using their monthly service, we have seen a huge improvement.... in fact, we haven’t seen a critter or bug in months now! Mike and the good folks at Waverly are awesome!”

“I give them a NEGATIVE 5 STARS they are absolutely horrible I have a contract with them and they did not honor the contract the first dat of the contract; initially the contract was for extermination of 54 units in Poughkeepsie last week before they started the contract which was scheduled to begin today I told them that we did not acquire a 14 unit building so we need to change the 54 units To 40 units, The lady that answered the phone said that is not a problem we will make the adjustments. So today when they come there they turn around and say if we enter a minimum of three apartments you still have to pay the full amount......which is NOT stated anywhere in the contract so they try to get you in by signing the contract then they throw their own set of rules verbally into the mix so.....I told them to renege the contract...... Be forewarned do not use Waverly they come across a sweet kind people, but it’s all about the money. at the end of the day they could care less if they complete the job or not”
