“Update: Matthew the Field Supervisor called me the morning after I made this review. He apologized for the issues and said they would improve training and correct the issues at my home. He sent another tech out to complete the job a few days later and it is much better. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and they will maintain a higher standard in the future. I signed a contract with this company for quarterly exterior service in July. When I signed the contract I was told that the service includes normal baiting and spray treatments and knocking down all webs. Both times they’ve performed the service I had to call them back to knock down webs around the perimeter of the house. They have sent 2 techs to “complete” my 2nd quarter service and this is currently how my master balcony looks. I would have been better lighting my money on fire and burning off the webs myself than paying for this! I paid almost $200 for this “service”. I think I am being pretty patient and reasonable but, when I call the office to voice my dissatisfaction the lady fiercely defends the “completed service” before I even have a chance to complete a sentence. I would absolutely not recommend this company!”
