“They bought out a small business, which we loved supporting. THIS IS NOT THAT. They started fairly equal and have increased the service fee by 21% in under 2 years with less attention to detail. I was paying $65/qtr with the prior company and Rocket Pest came in charging $80/Tri-Annual, so that worked fine. Now the service is $96.80/Tri-Annual. The prior company also cleaned all debris from bug, spider webs, and any other related build up around our home in addition to treating. Rocket Pest is not providing the same service. This also does not include the Termite Bait Station inspections, which has increased 22% from $85 to $103.40. There has been NO NOTICE of these fee increases. They come out for the scheduled service and then send a bill with the increased amount. I called to discuss this and they admitted they had not communicated this to their customers but wanted to make more money (!). Yet again, I received an inflated bill. I have appealed the bill and resolution is expected. Perhaps we will pay for a new termite bond with another company and not continue with this company that can't properly handle their business and communications.”
