“Updated to 5 stars 11/5/25 After I expressed my disappointment in the last review, Kipp, the owner, called me and texted me the next day not only apologizing but wanting to make it right. They definitely did and I appreciate that customer satisfaction meant so much to him. They came by today and my husband said they were very knowledgeable and helpful! I would definitely recommend! I wanted to reach out to the owner/ manager directly but I wasnt able to find the contact info for that. I'm really disappointed that I didn't seem to get the same 5 star experience everyone else did. 2 stars because the ladies I spoke to with customers service were kind and I didn't want to take out my displeasure on them. I made an appointment on Monday and said I didnt care if it was next week or this week. They scheduled me for Thursday. I explained that the 10-12 slot they had for me would be very tight as I had limited child care and my son had appointments before and after that time but they agreed. My husband and I work full days and have been spending the last three days trying to clean out cabinets and closets through the house and cleaning around the appliances. I set up for someone to watch my kids between my sons appointments so I can be there as needed. 12 passes by. I call and was told "hey it's actually going to be closer to 1:30 is that okay?" I call and rearrange my childcare. I only have childcare until 2:30, so I have to get my husband to leave work early to be there so I can pick the kids up. 4 comes around and no body and no update so I cancelled the service. I am so upset to have had to rearrange my schedule so many times for a no show.”
