“Used them as an add-on to Weedman Lawncontrol for 2022. Overpriced and didn't help with mosquito control. It was never communicated that this was a sister service that would need to be cancelled separately from Weedman. There was never any communication regarding auto-renewal. Nothing was ever signed or agreed. They came out and sprayed without my authorization and charged my credit card they had on file. I was refused a refund when calling them since they sent me a text message saying they were coming and that is all they need to charge. Very poor ethics for an overpriced service. Will be letting all of my contacts know to stay clear of this company.”

“PinPoint Pest Solutions completed the Termite and Moisture inspection on a house that I purchased. The inspection showed no termite or moisture issues. Just days after closing...I had a few crawlspace inspectors out at the house to give quotes on replacing the liner. Every single inspector identified significant amounts of mold that PinPoint Pest Solutions missed. I would have requested that the mold be remediated and corrected if they would have identified the issues properly. They did offer to remediate the mold but it did not include removing the insulation. This would have rendered the remediation pointless. Now I have to spend 10K+ to get the mold removed and mitigation installed because of the poor inspection. I do not recommend PinPoint Pest Solutions and I'd question any inspection they perform.”
