“Sometimes they send out an associate that really cleans up the spider webs around the house and asks what our problems are. The bugs that get into the house I do find dead.!! But they never call that they are coming and sometimes they come on days it is raining or going to rain. (DUH) So I miss telling them I have a problem. But this is going on 15 years with this company and I hope they are really seeing if we have no termites”
