“Very unreliable! I received a one time pest control visit through Stevens Realty as a lease renewal gift and pest control specialists were supposed to be at my residence between 10am-12pm today. 12 rolls around and no one shows up, I post a message on Property Meld and no response, 1pm rolls around no response nor contact from the specialists, 2pm rolls around and STILL NO RESPONSE OR CONTACT FROM THE SPECIALISTS!!!!!!!! Due to having to be at work at 3pm I had to reschedule for Monday when I had already been waiting for almost 2 weeks to get this scheduled. If your specialists are running behind or can't make it they should have the common courtesy to reach out to the client and let them know!”
