“zero stars: we recently had Shield spray our home (under the new ownership). They told us if we saw any bugs after 3 days to let them know and they would return. We kept seeing ants, so we called them back, made an appt., and the lady said he was in Sparta today so she would have him come on over. He called and told us he was only near Sparta, and would have to charge us and additional $50 to come and take care of the problem. Their guarantee is worthless and their spray doesn't work. I don't recommend them to anyone!”
