“We found Plateau Pest Solutions by requesting a project quote through Yelp! I spoke with several companies and Plateau stood out by sending Jaime out to review our home as well as address our concerns. Jaime made my husband and I very secured by addressing concern and setting expectations. We received a service log quickly after Jaime left which summed up what was discussed during visit and work to be done. After receiving the quote we scheduled work to be done and we not only received a call the morning of setting expectations as to the time frame he will arrive. We also received a courtesy text advising Jaime was on the way. Jaime arrived and completed the work as well as provided my husband and I both an update on work completed and made sure we were both satisfied. Again shortly after he left we received a service log w/summary of work performed.
