“I paid $4600.00 as my share in an 8 unit Condominium complex, the HOA decided that several units had termites, we didn’t. At any rate, we had to tent and one year later I sold our unit and before we closed escrow, we needed a release which Hume never submitted, we had a 20 day escrow and my realtor went to Hume for the written release and Hume charged $150.00 dollars for a written report for my escrow closing.
