“I'm a real estate professional. They were very nice on the phone, they had to reschedule our appointment twice for an "emergency escrow" situation, which I accommodated, and then they cancelled day of/morning of at the time of the appt after I'd been waiting for them for over an hour citing "the inspector isn't feeling well." Unprofessional handling of appointments and blatant disregard for someone else's schedule and time. I don't recommend calling this company if you actually need them to show up for what you hired them to do.”
