“Pointe is typically very good with communication and customer service. On the their last visit they initially failed to inform us that they were coming out. They quickly rescheduled once this issue was recognized. However, when the technician did arrive he didn’t have the equipment he needed to complete the inspection and seemed unfamiliar with the type of inspection he was scheduled to perform. Pointe did quickly reschedule another technician who arrived prepared and knowledgeable. Hopefully their level of professionalism and customer service returns to what we had previously experienced.”
